I have lived in every southeastern seaboard state in the USA and few countries overseas as well. I have taught and tutored for over 16 years now. I raised two daughters as a widow, mostly while living in central Florida. The hurricanes of 2004 blew me up to Spartanburg and I am glad to be here...and not there!

I am happy to assist you with your academic goals and hope that you will view me as someone who comes alongside you to give you the guidance and motivation you need to succeed academically. Our sessions will be ones that I hope will give you a sense of control over your own learning.

However, if you fail to follow my advice on your studies, on time management, and on organization, our time together will be much less fruitful and you may give up once again on reaching your goals. Please realize that I am not here to give you more work, but to provide work that will help you "catch up" in your studies so that you can become an independent learner. If all goes well, I will work myself out of a job as your tutor sooner than later!
